Daruma's origin story was born from decades of success, failure and frustration in taking great products and getting them off the ground and into the market. However, if a product begins to falter, organizations can be at a loss as to what to do. And, like many things, this problem compounds with time as more customers and partners have input to the process . There is also often a lot of bias from the internal team in the decision making process given their tenure with the product. Rifts begin to occur between what the market needs now and where the product is pointed.
